Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Oblysk. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Service Description

Oblysk provides AI visibility tracking, hallucination detection, and content optimization tools. We scan publicly available AI platforms and websites to generate reports.

Acceptable Use

You may only scan websites you own or have authorization to scan. You may not: use Oblysk to harass, defame, or interfere with other businesses; automate mass scanning beyond your tier limits; reverse engineer the Oblysk platform or algorithms; resell scan data without permission; scan illegal or harmful content.

Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via the Billing page in your account settings. Monthly plans: refund available within 7 days of charge if requested. Annual plans: prorated refund for unused months. Contact support@oblysk.ai for refund requests.

Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. If we change pricing for your current plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Price Guarantee

If we increase prices, existing customers retain their current pricing for 12 months from the date of the price change notification.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee an SLA for free tier users. Paid users may contact support for uptime concerns. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

Data Accuracy

AI visibility reports reflect what AI platforms say at the time of scanning. AI responses vary and may not be consistent across sessions. Scores and findings are informational and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party AI platforms.

API Usage

Pro plan API access is subject to rate limits (120 requests/minute). Excessive or abusive API usage may result in access revocation.

Limitation of Liability

Oblysk is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports, nor for inaccuracies in third-party AI responses.

Service Continuity

If Oblysk ceases operations, we will provide 90 days notice and enable data export for all users. Your scan data, reports, and account information can be exported at any time via Settings → Export Data.
